Biography
He has successfully led large-scale organizational and cultural transformations across operations and safety. As Supply Chain Manager for Shell Lubricants India, he spearheaded the Hearts & Minds safety journey and drove safety and behavioral transformation in transportation. Later, as Global Production Manager, he led organizational change, cultural transformation, and safety behavior improvement while delivering significant cost optimization.
