This 2.5 hour experiential workshop helps leadership teams see how safety, ownership, and culture actually show up today. Through guided interactions and shared insights, the session acts as a mirror for what is often unseen or unspoken. The aim is alignment and clarity so leaders can decide what better looks like and how to move toward it together.

Our workshop is built on the Energy Institute’s Hearts and Minds framework and the Understanding Your Culture tool. The approach was originally developed inside Shell to strengthen culture and leadership practices and was later adopted and stewarded by the Energy Institute. The tool combines a concise questionnaire with a five level culture ladder and clear culture dimensions, giving teams a common language to compare perspectives, locate the current state, and describe a desired future state. SWASYA is the only consulting firm in India trained and licensed by the Energy Institute to use Hearts and Minds tools, bringing direct expertise from the program’s Shell origins to its present use.

Culture is not a tagline; it is what happens when no one is looking. We use structured exercises, open dialogue, and reflective facilitation to surface real examples of how work gets done, how decisions are made, and how leadership behaviour is perceived across levels. Leaders identify where the organisation sits on the culture ladder today and agree on the next level they want to reach. The emphasis is on clarity about accountability, ownership, and effective leadership rather than on quick fixes.
