Biography
She has successfully designed and delivered performance consulting and organizational development programs for Dr. Reddy’s and DuPont, and implemented large-scale safety culture initiatives at Vizag Steel Plant, Coromandel Fertilizers, and HPCL through the Administrative Staff College of India. At Dr. Reddy’s, she also headed Sustainability & CSR, integrated EHS systems and compliance for an acquired UK site, and led the organization’s sustainability reporting.
Passionate about enabling social impact, Bhuvaneshwari co-founded the Centre for Social Initiative and Management, a pioneering learning centre for emerging social entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs.
