He has served as part of the Board of Directors as “Occupier” under the Factories Act, overseeing multi-locational manufacturing operations in India and abroad including North America, South America, Egypt, and Russia.

Premanand has successfully transformed new and struggling plants in India’s tax-free zones into reliable, safety-focused, and cost-effective operations. He has led high-hazard technology transfers post-HAZOP reviews, driven Safety Culture Enhancement Projects at MRF Limited, and developed Process Safety Management Guidance Notes for the Aditya Birla Group.
