What We Do

Our key approach towards transforming the safety culture in your organisation is the integration of Expert HSE Consulting and Systemic OD consulting. While most consulting firms will identify surface level problems, apply technical knowledge to solve them and offer advice, we have seen that this approach leaves most clients struggling to actually execute this advice and see tangible results.


We strongly believe that sustainable change takes collaborative, system-wide, long term interventions. We know that change is not easy and so we get together with you on a Safety Culture Transformation Journey that usually pans out over 2-3 years. We work alongside the leadership, involve all levels of the organisation and ask 'the difficult questions'. Organisations are not machines, they are living, breathing systems and we treat them as such by focusing motives, attitudes, behaviours that drive the organisation a certain way along with the necessary tools, techniques and procedures.


Instead of providing recommendations and letting you do the work, we co-create sustainable solutions and support their implementation. Our objective is to stay with you throughout that 2-3 year period and make sure that the organisation gets resilient enough to ride the highs and lows, that only become apparent with time.


We are flexible in the services offered in HSE. Apart from the Safety Culture Transformation Journey, we also offer other services such as diagnostic studies, creation of Standards and Procedures, Process Safety Risk Assessment, etc.
